The Last Days of Athyria Before the Fall

Once there was a city, called Athyria by those who knew her. Her walls have long since crumbled, her people long since gone into the dust and the ashes. Athyria was born, lived, in the way cities live, until she reached the final days of her existence.

You are the Ones Who Remember the Days. It is through you that the stories of a city lost will be passed on to those who come after you. You have gathered here, wherever you are, to remember.

The Last Days of Athyria Before the Fall is a tabletop storytelling game for multiple players about remembering a lost city through the things it left behind, played using a regular deck of cards.

This game was made for the Open Access Met Jam and features content pulled from the online open access collections of the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
